Take a Vacation! Studies have shown that just the act of planning a vacation reduces stress and gives us something to look forward to. I like to call it my “Happy Place”! Think about where it is that really calls out to you. Is it beaches and oceans? Mountains? Solitude or do you prefer lots of people? Dream about what season you would like to vacation during. Research everything. If a vacation is not affordable now, total the cost and divide the amount for as long as you need to stay within your budget. Remember planning alone is effective enough! If it is a year, or two, or five years down the road, that’s OK!  Until then, close your eyes and dream of your “Happy Place” Visit for some fabulous relaxing soaps.12390974_10204807562299048_7221542599278625103_n
